How JobsConnect Works

1. Complete your profile

Your profile is your application. Add your job title, summary, skills, qualification, work history, education, salary expectation and a CV. A complete profile is required before you can apply or nudge — and the more complete it is, the higher you score with employers.

Job Search Status tells employers whether you're actively looking, open to offers, or not looking — an "Actively Looking" badge appears next to your name in their searches. Your CV is shared with an employer only when you apply to their job.

2. Find jobs

Browse all jobs or search by keyword, skills and employment type. If you add a location to your profile, jobs are ranked by distance from you and each card shows how far away the role is.

3. The job card

Every listing shows the essentials at a glance. The bookmark icon saves the job for later. Partner listings link directly to the original site where you can submit your application.

4. Saved jobs & job alerts

Bookmarked jobs live under Saved Jobs in your sidebar. On the same page you can create job alerts — tell us what you're looking for once, and you get an in-app notification whenever a new matching job is posted. Alerts are checked automatically every morning.

5. Apply and track your status

One click applies with your profile and CV. You always know exactly where you stand — the employer moves your application through a clear pipeline and you get a notification at every step:

6. Nudge an employer

Don't wait to be found. A nudge sends a short message of interest directly to an employer — on a job page or from their company profile. Each nudge costs 1 nudge credit (you start with 5 free; more come with a candidate plan). If the employer accepts your nudge, a chat opens.

7. Your privacy is protected

Employers never see your full name, email or phone number for free. Everything is masked until an employer spends a credit to unlock your contact — so you get no spam, and every contact you receive is from an employer who genuinely committed to reaching you.

8. Chat, notifications & reports

Once you're shortlisted (or a nudge is accepted), a built-in chat opens with the employer — no email needed. The bell icon collects all your notifications, and the Reports page lets you download your application history, nudges and job offers as CSV or Excel.
